Dear Sirs and Madams
On 18 – 20 September 2017 the ExpoCenter City hall in Berlin was the venue for the 22nd edition of the world congress of companies related to the professional cleaning services (WFBSC 2017).
The Congress was the meeting place for the world community associated with the BSC (Building Service Contractors) industry, which encompasses both the national and international associations, as well as manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world, related to the cleaning industry. The aim of the World Congress of WFBSC is to promote the exchange of ideas and to use common experience, which leads to the development of new solutions that constitute the response to challenges of the future. It is the platform for intensive exchange of knowledge and establishment of contacts.
This year’s programme focused on the issue of automation and its impact on the cleaning services. ”Cleaning in the digital world” and its impact on processes, people and technology was the main theme of the organised discussion panels. The three days of intensive education on modern solutions that use the latest developments in technology in the area of cleaning services, customer relationship management or service effectiveness in the sector of companies related to the professional cleaning became the motivation to launch cooperation and exchange experience with the participants of the Congress.
We just could not miss this event! Thanks to the invitation from Kärcher, one of the largest world manufacturers of the cleaning equipment, and at the same time, our business partner, the Congress was attended by Mr. Tomasz Straburzyński, President of the Management Board, and Mr. Maciej Fic, Operations Director
