We obtain personal data from CVs and forms sent to us, as well as via Facebook. The purpose of their acquisition and processing is recruitment and employment at our company, as well as cooperation with companies with which we remain in business relationship, especially with regards to the legal, IT, accounting and HR services provided to us. Our company complies with the Labour Code and other applicable legal acts. We process the personal data of employees of our company (including the disabled ones), the data of recruited persons as well as the data provided by the company contractors. The data obtained and processed by us are secured in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

We also cooperate with temporary employment agencies, state authorities and public institutions to an extent required by the law. The provision of information about you is a requirement necessary to enter into an agreement with us and to satisfy the needs resulting from the Labour Code and other legal acts.

We store the obtained data for a period necessary to perform the concluded agreements and to implement the rules specified therein, whereby after the expiration of the aforementioned agreements, the data will be erased. The period of data storage also follows from the relevant provisions of the law (Labour Code, financial regulations).

Each person who provides our company with their personal data has the right to access, transfer, rectify, and erase their personal data or to restrict their processing. If the personal data are processed based on the consent of the data subject, then the data subject also has the right to withdraw such consent at any moment as easily as it was granted. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

Our company does not in any way profile the personal data. If, during the period in which the information about a given data subject is in our possession, there is a different need for its processing than the one indicated before, we are obliged to notify the aforementioned data subject about the purpose for which we intend to process these data.

In order to secure your data we apply the internal security policy. Employees act within the framework of the granted authorisations and undergo training in the personal data protection. Access to the company premises is supervised by security staff. We are provided with fire protection and anti-intrusion systems, etc. The archives are located in a locked room with access provided only to authorised persons. Access passwords and computer locks are used. The IT network and systems are under our direct supervision. Backups are used.

We also would like to inform you that we are administrators of our fan page on the Internet portal: facebook.com. Using the filters made available to us, we define the criteria of categories of persons, and these data are used by Facebook in its marketing activities aimed at making the Facebook users visit our profile.

Statistics regarding visits are received by us in the anonymised form, and in order to prepare them, Facebook uses cookies installed in the devices of persons who visit the portal. We wish to inform you that also the cookies of persons who visit our fanpage but are not Facebook users are subject to the processing.
