Client satisfaction survey for the year 2018
As in previous years, we have conducted the ”Client Satisfaction Survey”.
The aim of the survey was to obtain feedback, check the level of satisfaction of our Clients as well as requirements, expectations and possible negative responses with regards to the services rendered by our company, and finally to take appropriate remedy actions.
We are pleased to announce that almost 95% of our Clients expressed the general level of satisfaction from our services!!
We would like to thank our Clients for their trust, and our employees for their great commitment and excellent cooperation between Departments!
