June 2019, we successfully passed an audit of the Quality Management System with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The audit was performed by a\u00a0 certification agency T\u00dcV NORD Polska. The certificate remains valid until June\u00a0 2022.<\/p>\n

October 2018<\/span><\/p>\n

2018 Taking over the company by the board by the management buy-out.
\nSince October 2018 the valid logo is the one without \u201cAB Facility Group\u201d symbol.<\/p>\n

June 2014<\/span><\/p>\n

Clar System S.A. was once again awarded a European Medal for cleaning services by the Business Centre Club.<\/p>\n

Clar System Capital Group has a new logo which shows its affiliation to its new owner \u2013 the AB Facility Group.<\/p>\n

Solcom-Bayard; a company owned by Clar System Capital Group was granted the \u201cGazele Biznesu [Business Gazelles] 2013\u2033 award. Once again, we are listed among the fastest developing companies.Our score was very high, giving us third place in the Greater Poland region and 34th in the whole of Poland, in a ranking which listed more than 4 000 companies!<\/p>\n

Between 27 and 29 June 2013, we successfully passed an audit of the Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001: 2008. The audit was performed by a newly selected certification agency T\u00dcV NORD Polska. The certificate remains valid until June 24 2016.<\/p>\n

Since April 2012, the ownership of Clar System S.A. and its subsidiaries has passed to the Czech company AB Facility.<\/p>\n

AB Facility is one of the largest providers of facility management services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.<\/p>\n

After 8 years of operation, we decided to refresh our logo. The changes are subtle but our new logo looks more modern. We removed one of the elements and stopped using black.<\/p>\n

February 2008<\/span><\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM S.A. entered into an agreement with Flextronics International Poland Sp. z o.o. on the performance of cleaning services.<\/p>\n

The agreement covers offices, production, warehouse, staff, sanitary and outdoor areas.<\/p>\n

December 2007<\/span><\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM S.A. entered an agreement for comprehensive cleaning services with the Senate office.<\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM S.A. was selected as part of public procurement after open tender proceedings.<\/p>\n

The agreement entails the day to day cleaning of offices, secretary offices, chambers, committee halls as well as specialized services.<\/p>\n

We are listed in the Z\u0142ote Firmy Wielkopolski (Golden Companies of Greater Poland) ranking for the fifth time<\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM Consortium is listed among the 100 top companies in the Greater Poland region for the fifth time. The ranking is organized by the G\u0142os Wielkopolski paper and the Economic Assessment Centre of the Pozna\u0144 Academy of Economics. The company was ranked at 75th place on the \u201eZ\u0142ote Firmy Wielkopolski\u201d (also in the revenues category).<\/p>\n

Customer Satisfaction Survey<\/p>\n

This year, in July, the CLAR SYSTEM Consortium ordered a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey focused on customer satisfaction with regards to the performed cleaning and security services. The study was performed among all the regular Customers of the Consortium. We received feedback in 90% of the cases, which is a very good result, allowing for reliable analysis. The overall satisfaction level, for both the cleaning and security services is very good (about 90% approval), which means that our Customers hold partnership with CLAR SYSTEM in very high regard. Survey results will be used to pinpoint any weak points and better suit the requirements of our Customers.<\/p>\n

June 2007<\/span><\/p>\n

In June 2007, a certificate extension audit was performed at the CLAR SYSTEM. The audit confirmed that our Quality Management System is well documented, well-kept and continuously improved, meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. CLAR SYSTEM Consortium subsidiaries received a recommendation to extend the certificate.<\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM S.A. entered into an agreement for the performance of cleaning services with FagorMastercook S.A. The agreement covers the cleaning of offices, staff and sanitary rooms and warehouses.<\/p>\n

SOLCOM-BAYARD Sp. z o.o. which is part of the CLAR SYSTEM Consortium entered into an agreement for the performance of cleaning services with C. HARTWIG Spedytorzy Mi\u0119dzynarodowi Sp. z o.o. The partnership between the companies started May 27, 2002.<\/p>\n

December 2006<\/span><\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM SA entered into an agreement for the performance of cleaning services with Amica Wronki SA. The agreement entails the cleaning of offices, sanitary rooms, production halls and warehouses of the four Factories as well as Technical Service facilities<\/p>\n

SOLCOM-BAYARD Sp. z o.o. which is part of the CLAR SYSTEM Consortium entered into an agreement with Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Wielobran\u017cowe Centrostal S.A.<\/p>\n

We made the list once again! The CLAR SYSTEM Consortium received an honourable mention for the fourth time in the Z\u0142ote Firmy Wielkopolski [Golden Companies of Greater Poland] ranking organized by the editors of the G\u0142os Wielkopolski paper, in the category Best Companies in the Greater Poland Region.<\/p>\n

July 2006<\/span><\/p>\n

CLAR SYSTEM SA entered into an agreement for performing cleaning services with the football club KKS Lech Pozna\u0144 Sportowa SA. The agreement entails the cleaning of offices, staff rooms as well as the cleaning of the football stadium and press rooms.<\/p>\n

SOLCOM_BAYARD Sp. z o.o. which is part of the CLAR SYSTEM Consortium entered into an agreement on the property and personal security services with DROSED S.A.<\/p>\n

May 2006<\/span><\/p>\n

The Consortium hired its two thousandth employee.<\/p>\n

March 2006<\/span><\/p>\n

The Business Centre Club granted the European Medal certificate to the Consortium for Security Services.<\/p>\n

The 17th office of the Consortium was opened in Krak\u00f3w Konsorcjum.<\/p>\n
