June 2019, we successfully passed an audit of the Quality Management System with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The audit was performed by a certification agency TÜV NORD Polska. The certificate remains valid until June 2022.

CLAR SYSTEM Consortium is listed among the 100 top companies in the Greater Poland region for the fifth time. The ranking is organized by the Głos Wielkopolski paper and the Economic Assessment Centre of the Poznań Academy of Economics. The company was ranked at 75th place on the „Złote Firmy Wielkopolski” (also in the revenues category).

Customer Satisfaction Survey
This year, in July, the CLAR SYSTEM Consortium ordered a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey focused on customer satisfaction with regards to the performed cleaning and security services. The study was performed among all the regular Customers of the Consortium. We received feedback in 90% of the cases, which is a very good result, allowing for reliable analysis. The overall satisfaction level, for both the cleaning and security services is very good (about 90% approval), which means that our Customers hold partnership with CLAR SYSTEM in very high regard. Survey results will be used to pinpoint any weak points and better suit the requirements of our Customers.

In June 2007, a certificate extension audit was performed at the CLAR SYSTEM. The audit confirmed that our Quality Management System is well documented, well-kept and continuously improved, meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. CLAR SYSTEM Consortium subsidiaries received a recommendation to extend the certificate.
